We are offering you the opportunity to work with a small team in our exciting industry. We offer remote and flexible working conditions (but you will need to live in the Auckland region). You must be dedicated to sharing your expertise and provide first-class service to French-speaking visitors to New Zealand.

About the role: 

We're looking for a Sales Star! As an Inbound Travel Consultant, you will sell travel packages to our French customers as well as plan their journey and make travel bookings with NZ suppliers.
This position has a strong sales and customer service focus , and deals with all aspects of leisure travel in New Zealand. You will have experience selling and advising (over video calls) as well as having a good writing level to follow up by email.

You will be completely responsible for managing all of the travel needs of your clients, from following up day to day enquiries received through our website: recommending products, preparing quotations, closing sales, making bookings, advising on itineraries, creating vouchers and road book.

Is it you?

• you are a sales star over video calls!
• You have experience selling New Zealand and you know the country 'from experience',
• You have a competitive streak as well as a strong work ethic ,
• You have also an excellent attention to details in the administration of your booking,
• You are a good team player and like a good laugh!
• You are Fluent in French and English and live (or have lived) in New Zealand.
• You live in the Auckland region and have an office at home

Terms of employment

• Full time position (40 hours a week)
• Base salary + attractive commissions on sales
• Be ok with our blackout period (Nov to March) where you can't take long holidays.
